Walk the short distance of two streets and, on Saturdays, you'll be slap-bang in the heart of
one of the oldest and most authentic markets in the Languedoc region. Alongside the musical concerts, the artistic exhibitions and the outdoor theatrical performances, we find, every Wednesday and Friday evening, in July and August, the "nocturnal" activity of the artisans in their charming workshops.
